Pre-Registration Policy
Deadline for pre-registration is Friday, July 2, 2010. After this date, registrations must be processed on-site at the commencement of the meeting. No faxes or email will be accepted after this date. You may register on-site at the Sacramento Convention Center beginning on Sunday, July 18.

Cancellations
Written requests received by 5pm on July 9 will be honored (less a $95 processing fee). Substitutes are accepted at any time. No refunds after July 9 without documentation of a medical emergency or flight cancellation by the airline. Cancellations by telephone are not accepted. If you register in advance and do not attend or cancel, you are still responsible for the full registration fee.

Committee Meetings
All sessions will be conducted at the Sacramento Convention Center (1400 J Street), adjacent to both hotels.

Housing
Last day to book a room at either the Hyatt Regency Sacramento or Sheraton Grand Sacramento with NARUC prices is Wednesday, June 23. Rooms booked through NARUC online system are $159 plus 12% tax and a $1.65 State of California Tourism Assessment fee. This rate is based on availability within the NARUC room block. Please note: Rooms booked through methods other than the NARUC housing page are subject to different rates and cannot be adjusted by NARUC.
