Pre-Registration Policy

Deadline for pre-registration is Friday, July 5. After that, registrations will be processed at the on-site rate. Online registration closes Monday, July 15 at the commencement of the meeting. No faxes or email will be accepted after this date. You may register on-site at the Meeting Hotel beginning on Sunday, July 21.

Cancellations

Written requests received by 5pm on Friday, July 12 will be honored (less a $95.00 processing fee). No refunds after July 12 without documentation of a medical emergency or flight cancellation by the airline. Cancellations by telephone are not accepted. If you register in advance and do not attend or cancel, you are still responsible for the full registration fee.

Substitutions

Substitutions must be received in writing via email by Friday, July 12. Send the appropriate attendee contact information to Lennie Noblezada (Lnoblez@naruc.org). After Friday, July 12, substitutions and changes will be processed on-site at the conference registration desk during business hours.

Press

Registration for credentialed media is complimentary. Reporters interested in attending this event must contact Rob Thormeyer, NARUC's Communications Director, for registration information. Reporters are encouraged to sign up for the event as soon as pre-registration opens in order to ensure a room at the conference hotel.
